XDS-TTC Textile is the China manufacturing and trading arm of Thai Taffeta, a joint venture with XDS Group.

It brings Thai Taffeta's 35 years of textile expertise, its fabric platforms and its quality standards to customers sourcing in China.

01Weaving20D to 2000D, plain and dobby. Recycled polyester and nylon, UHMWPE and high-tenacity yarns.
02DyeingJet, beam and jigger dyeing for polyester, nylon and cotton.
03FinishingThree stenters and plasma. PFAS-free water repellency, quick dry, UV and anti-bacterial.
04CoatingPU, silicone and acrylic. Flame retardant to CPAI-84, NFPA 701 and FMVSS 302.
05Lamination2- and 3-layer. Waterproof over 5,000 mm, breathable over 4,000 g/m²/day.
06LaboratoryIn-house tests calibrated by ITS. Fabric development with chemical partners.
